CrewSELECT are seeking an experienced Roof Carpenter with a background in timber frame stick roofing to join a well-established residential roofing contractor delivering quality projects across the Perth Metro area.
This is a permanent opportunity offering stable hours, overtime when available, and genuine opportunities for pay progression based on performance.

- $50–$55/hr flat rate to start
- Opportunity to progress to $55–$65/hr long term
- 40-hour work week with overtime available

- Work across a variety of residential roofing projects throughout Perth Metro

Key Responsibilities
- Construct timber frame stick roofs for recent residential builds
- Interpret plans and roofing layouts
- Install trusses, rafters, battens and timber framing components
- Work safely at heights while maintaining quality workmanship
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in domestic timber frame stick roofing
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work
- Own tool belt with basic hand tools (hammer, square, etc.)
