Roofing Plumber

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using plumbing techniques.

- Detect leaks, assess water drainage systems, and ensure the plumbing components of the roof are functioning properly.

- Collaborate with the roofing team to troubleshoot and solve plumbing-related issues.

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

Essential Qualifications:

- Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed)

- Proven experience as a plumber with specialization in roofing plumbing.

- Solid understanding of plumbing systems and roofing materials.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Experience:

- 5 years of experience specifically in roofing plumbing.

- Experience working on commercial and residential roofing projects.

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to roofing plumbing.

- Experience with tools and equipment used in roofing plumbing projects.

Salary & Benefits:

- Annual salary range: $74,000 - $85,000

Future Benefits:

English level needed:

- An IELTS score of 5,5,5,5 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.

Future requirements:

- Proof of Employment.

- Video’s showing skill-set/work . (in a google-drive shared folder)

- Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity

- Police clearance
