The Company

An established and highly regarded disability services organisation is seeking an experienced Rostering Manager to lead the operational delivery of rostering across Community and Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll oversee a team of Rostering Leads and After Hours Coordinators, ensuring participants receive safe, person-centred support while balancing workforce capability, compliance and operational efficiency.

Working closely with clinical, service delivery, finance and people teams, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes while driving continuous improvement across rostering systems and processes.

About the Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing rostering team.
- Oversee complex Community and SIL rosters across a large support workforce.
- Ensure rosters meet participant goals, funding requirements and clinical needs.
- Manage workforce planning, service continuity and after-hours rostering.
- Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award, Nurses Award and relevant legislation.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, reporting and process optimisation.

About You

You are an experienced rostering leader with a robust understanding of disability service delivery and workforce planning.



You thrive in fast-paced operational environments and enjoy solving complex workforce challenges while maintaining an unwavering focus on participant outcomes.

You'll bring

- Demonstrated experience leading community and/or SIL rostering within the NDIS sector.
- Proven experience managing rostering or workforce planning teams.
- Strong working knowledge of the SCHADS Award, Nurses Award and Fair Work legislation.
- Excellent understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using workforce management and rostering systems.
- A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
