Marist180 in Western Sydney is seeking an Area Manager to lead Intensive Therapeutic Care operations across the region from the Blacktown office. You will manage House Managers and Casework staff, ensure service standards, and collaborate with DCJ and other agencies to support children and young people.

The role requires a relevant degree (Social Work or Psychology) and 3–5 years of leadership experience in Out of Home Care or related community services; travel across Greater Sydney is expected.
