Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, install, configure, maintain and support IT and Wearable operating systems, servers, hardware, devices, software and databases to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain server and device infrastructure, network performance and communication & connectivity systems, identifying and resolving technical issues as required.
- Design, maintain and optimise database architecture, data structures, tables, data dictionaries and naming conventions to ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
- Configure, maintain and provide technical support for enterprise grade wearable devices and other IoT devices
- Implement and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, system policies and operational procedures to support the effective administration of IT systems.
- Establish and maintain backup, recovery and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical systems and data and support business continuity.
- Implement and monitor system security and integrity controls, including access controls, security applications and other measures designed to protect IT infrastructure and data.
- Diagnose,



troubleshoot and resolve server-related hardware and software faults across workstations, servers and communication infrastructure.
- Liaise with security vendors, suppliers, service providers and external IT resources to coordinate technical support, security solutions and service delivery.
- Assess existing IT infrastructure and identify current and future network and server requirements.
- Test, diagnose and deploy firmware, software (such as those using Android OS, Android Wear, Tizen) to existing wearable & IoT devices and future products rolled out by mCare Digital
- Enhancing CRM and IoT provisioning platforms such as ConnectiveCare in collaboration with developers and users.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of full time relevant industry experience (or equivalent part-time experience)
- Experience in maintaining wearable device firmware, software provisioning platforms and IT infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of System Administration and Maintenance, including ability to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot operating systems, servers, wearable OS and associated software
- Proficiency with IT Infrastructure and Server Management
- Knowledge and experience maintaining CRM or IoT provisioning systems like ConnectiveCare or similar
- Strong understanding of system security measures, access controls and security protocols to protect IT infrastructure and data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
