We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales strategy, drive brand growth, and build lasting customer relationships. This individual will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage the sales team, and identify new market opportunities to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed targets.

- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with product, finance, and customer support teams to align company goals.





- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
