1. 8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO(General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.) , with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior support role.
- Proven experience with CATS in a support including configuration, issue resolution, and integration with HR and CO.
- Knowledge on FS-CD, RE-FX, and Reinsurance modules as needed
- Strong understanding of finance operations in the insurance industry.
5.
Experience working in an Application Support & Maintenance (AMS) setting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
