- affirm a personal belief in the school’s Statement of Faith;

- have an active involvement within their local church;
- display a high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation within the classroom, empowering students to achieve high standards;
- provide evidence of exemplary teaching skills together with experience and expertise in all your Key Learning Areas;

- be an effective and reflective practitioner who displays strong interpersonal and communication skills;




- be committed to pedagogical advancement in their classroom;
- demonstrate excellent cooperative and teamwork strategies with high level written and verbal communication skills;

- have a good understanding of Explicit Instruction (advantageous, but not essential).
