This is an excellent chance for a Senior Accountant to join their Southport office, managing a diverse portfolio of SME and individual clients while providing strategic and technical support, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to a high-performing, positive team culture.

The Role:

- Lead the delivery of accounting and taxation services for a portfolio of privately owned businesses and individual clients

- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and statutory compliance requirements across multiple entity types

- Partner with clients to provide proactive tax planning and business advisory support

- Act as a trusted client contact, delivering practical advice and exceptional service

- Manage client deadlines, workflow priorities and engagement performance

- Drive improvements in systems, processes and service delivery standards

- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide ongoing coaching and technical support





- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of taxation legislation and emerging compliance developments

- Leverage modern technology platforms to enhance efficiency, collaboration and client outcomes

About You:

- CA or CPA qualified

- 4+ years’ Australian public practice accounting experience

- Strong technical tax, compliance, and advisory capability

- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

- Experience with Xero and cloud-based accounting platforms

- Proactive, solutions-focused, and team-oriented mindset

- Strong workflow and time management capability
