Our client is a well-established national accounting and advisory firm with over 30 years’ experience delivering specialised services across taxation, advisory and forensic accounting. With offices across Australia and a strong reputation for technical excellence and client service, the firm partners with businesses and individuals to deliver practical, high-quality financial solutions.

Their

Brisbane team is now seeking a Senior Accountant / Supervisor to join their growing business services division.

The Role:

- Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate accountants within the team

- Review financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations

- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality work

- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations

- Support the delivery of accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base

- Assist with workflow management and process improvements

- Work closely with Managers and Partners to achieve team and client outcomes

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

About You:

- Degree qualified in Accounting or related discipline





- 5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice / business services

- Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring staff

- Strong technical knowledge across financial statements and tax compliance

- Experience with Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office

- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage priorities and support team performance
