Store Manager | Worklocker (Workwear, Safety & PPE)

Worklocker Morisset is seeking a driven, customer-focused Store Manager to take ownership of our retail store and drive the business to its next level of growth. Whether you are an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious 2IC ready to step up, this is an exciting prospect to make the store your own.

As Store Manager, you will oversee daily retail operations, manage and inspire a team, and strengthen our position as the go-to destination for workwear clothing, uniforms, safety footwear, PPE, and custom decoration services.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationships & B2B Sales: Build strong, lasting relationships with retail customers and corporate accounts to drive repeat business. Visit key account customers at their premises when required, prepare accurate quotes, and guide clients seamlessly through the embroidery/decoration proofing process.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Build enthusiasm and team energy around reaching sales targets while maintaining a harmonious, positive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Financial & Operational Management: Set and enforce budgets and KPIs, manage inventory, utilize POS systems, and maintain clear records using spreadsheets.




- Merchandising & Marketing: Drive foot traffic and sales by implementing fresh, creative visual merchandising and local marketing ideas.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (2IC) ready to take the next step.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently to drive store performance, with strong self-motivation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Communication & Tech Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with high attention to detail and flawless spelling. Strong general computer literacy, including confidence with POS software and Excel/spreadsheets.
- Mindset & Values: Highly trustworthy, reliable, and approachable, with a bright, positive attitude and a passion for exceptional customer service.
