The Opportunity

We're looking for aQualitative Market Research Consultantto join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for amarketresearch professional who enjoysuncovering the "why" behindthe"what"and translating insights into meaningful business impact.

You'll work across a broad range of healthcare topics, from consumer health to prescription medicines,medical technologiesand complex disease areas.You'll help clients solve business challenges bycombining qualitativeand quantitativeinsightswith real-world healthcare dataand evidence.

We're looking for astrong qualitative researcherwithexperience contributing to quantitative and mixed-methodology studies.You'll collaborate withSeniorConsultantsandAssociatePrincipalsto deliver impactful projects that influence commercial strategy, patient engagement, treatment adoption, and healthcare outcomes.

Whether you're moderating interviews,supportingresearch design, synthetising insightsandcontributing tostrategic recommendations, or translatingdatainto compelling stories, you'll play a key role in helping clients make confident decisions.

What You'll Be Doing





- Contribute to the design and delivery ofbespokehealthcareand consumer healthresearch projects across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies
- Conductand supportin-depth interviews, online communities, workshops, and focus groups with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, consumers, and other key stakeholders.
- Exploreattitudes, beliefs,behaviours, unmet needs, treatment journeys, and decision-making processesacross a broad range ofhealthcarecategories
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative findings to uncover actionable insightsand strategic implicationsthat drive business decisions
- Manage project timelines, fieldwork partners, stakeholder communications, and quality processes
- Contribute toproposaldevelopmentand research approaches that address strategic client challenges
- Support the delivery of real-world evidence and insights projects that combine primary research with healthcare data and evidence
- Develop impactful presentations, reports, and storylines forinternal and client audiences
- Present findings internally and progressively take on client-facing presentation opportunities
- Develop expertise across healthcare consulting, market research, behavioural science, and real-world evidence
- Collaborate withsenior consultants, associate principalsand subject matter experts on high-profile healthcare projects
- Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You're naturally curious, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about understanding human behaviour in healthcare.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences,



or a related discipline
- 3-5 years' experiencein aprimary market researchagency
- Strong qualitative research experience, including conducting or moderating interviews and focus groups
- Experience contributing toquantitativeand mixed-methodology studies, including data analysis,interpretation,and synthesis of findings
- Experience translating data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations
- Excellentanalytical thinking,communication and storytelling skills
- Excellentproject management and organisational capabilities
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take ownership
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, healthcare data, or real-world evidence is highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia
