Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with parenteral nutrition expertise to join the Intestinal Failure Service. You will lead PN ward rounds, optimise patient-specific regimens and provide expert pharmaceutical guidance to prescribers, nursing staff and the MDT.
You will rotate across specialties, contribute to audits and research, and help develop PN care plans and policies in liaison with the nutrition team.
