SRF-West is a critical enabler for Australia’s Nuclear Powered Submarine (NPS) capability and broader AUKUS objectives. The Integrated Logistic Support Officer provides support within the SRF-West Delivery branch to ensure readiness and sustainment of trilateral operations.

The roles provides a single point of accountability for SRF-West logistics and asset management across AUKUS partner nations and Australian Government agencies to achieve essential project milestones.This role can be filled from either Canberra or WA. A merit pool will be established to fill future logistics family roles.

- The candidate may be required to contribute to policy and process refinement activities to improve sustainment outcomes.

The proposed key functions of this position include:

- ERP Integration and Inventory Management through coordination with AUKUS partners
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Defence logistics standards, provide a single point of coordination and assurance to develop the asset management and governance and structures;
- Develop and align logistics requirements and processes with key stakeholders, and build and sustain relationships at strategic and operational levels to ensure effective coordination;
- Capture observations,



insights and lessons (OILs), and recommend process enhancements for logistics and asset management practices in the endeavour of continuous improvement; and
- Project management delivery and support through development of project activities and coordination of milestones to achieve key AUKUS outcomes, monitor progress and report on schedule and milestone performance.

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at “Negative Vetting Level 1”.
