SENIOR AUDITOR – BRISBANE – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM (Job ID 1293)

We are partnering with a well-established professional services firm with a strong presence across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, providing audit, tax, accounting and advisory services to privately-owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals, listed companies and not-for-profits.

The Role:

- Lead and execute audit assignments across a diverse client base

- Prepare and review audit working papers and statutory financial reports

- Perform complex audit testing and risk assessments

- Prepare cash flow statements, management letters, and assist with special engagements (due diligence, internal audit, fraud reviews)

- Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to workflow planning

- Build strong client relationships while ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, and within budget

About You:

- 4+ years’ experience in audit and assurance

- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)

- Strong technical knowledge of AUASB auditing standards and AASB / IFRS accounting standards





- Experience with a range of business structures and complex client groups

- Proficient in audit and accounting software (CaseWare, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)

- Excellent communication skills, proactive approach and strong client-facing ability

- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and budgets effectively
