Senior Car Park Attendant (Contract to end of June 2026) – Immediate Start

Synergie Australia has partnered with a progressive, community-focused organisation seeking an experienced Senior Car Park Attendant.

Pay & Advantages

- $34.87 – $40.52 per hour (depending on experience)

- 25% loading on Saturdays

- 50% loading on Sundays

- 20% loading after 10:00pm

This is a contract role through to June 2026 with an immediate start.

About the Role

- Supervise and support Car Park Attendants

- Handle enquiries and complaints professionally

- Assist with daily administration of parking stations

- Maintain car park equipment (minor repairs as needed)

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service

About You





- Previous experience in the car park or parking operations industry (essential)

- Supervisory or team leader experience

- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working evenings and weekends

- Commitment to safety and service excellence

Hours (40.5 hrs per week)

- Thursday & Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

- Sunday: 3:30pm – 12:00am

- Monday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
