If you know any valuable CAD Admins, we’ll take a look. We use Bentley, so they’ll need to be proficient with that.
Team fit and attitude is the big one. We need someone who’s helpful (ie, has really good customer service), will “bend over backwards” when needed, will work 10 hours a day if required, just because we’ve got deadlines, and won’t complain about it etc.
If they’ve applied to Wood recently, I’ve already rejected them. Everyone knows everyone in this space. We need to uncover some gems.
