About the role

- Lead and coordinate best-practice resident care




- Oversee wound care, medication management, and AN-ACC documentation
- Mentor and guide RNs and care staff to achieve quality outcomes
- Partner with families and allied health teams to deliver holistic care
- Foster a safe, supportive, and resident-focused workplace culture

About You

- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- 1–2 years’ experience working in senior clinical capacity within aged care
- Proven ability to provide strong clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing and care teams
- Sound knowledge of AN-ACC, accreditation standards, compliance requirements, and care planning processes
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centred care
