Zylo have teamed up with a well-respected long serving Brisbane based law firm. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their esteemed team in the heart of Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial litigation matters.
- Handling a diverse caseload of estate disputes, including will challenges, trust disputes, and probate litigation.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
- Drafting and filing court documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.

Skills and Experience





- Extensive experience in commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in estate dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of Queensland estate laws and procedures.
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters.
- Solid business development and client relationship management skills.
