We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of this vibrant property conveyancing practice.

About You:

- Prior experience as a Senior Conveyancer
- Have a magnetic personality and love nurturing relationships
- Proven experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Excellent understanding of the Queensland Land Title Act and associated legislation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients,



real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
