- Office location based in Centennial Park and Parramatta with flexible working supported
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $133,348 to $146,945 + super

The role

Help deliver high-profile parkland and public domain projects that enhance some of NSW’s most important open spaces and community places. In this role, you'll coordinate and manage the delivery of landscape and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, working closely with contractors, consultants, stakeholders and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for balancing project priorities, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations while navigating site constraints, environmental considerations and operational requirements. This is a hands-on delivery-focused role where you'll play a key part in turning project plans into completed outcomes that create lasting perks for the community.

What you will bring to the role

- Demonstrated experience coordinating or delivering landscape, parkland, public domain, open space or civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction and project delivery practices, with the ability to manage projects through delivery and implementation phases.
- Experience working on parkland, recreation, public space or outdoor environment projects, with an understanding of the unique challenges associated with these environments. (Hiring Manager preference)




- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants and service providers to achieve project outcomes safely, on time and within budget.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple project deliverables.
- Ability to identify risks, resolve issues proactively and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, provide advice and present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Financial and contract administration experience, including monitoring budgets, project expenditure and procurement activities.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

What is an essential requirement:

- Tertiary qualifications in one or more of the following: Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, Urban Design and/or Civil Engineering.
- Current Australian driver’s license and ability to travel to and attend work at any site within the GSP portfolio
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends if required
