We are looking for an experienced Senior Dot Net Developer for a leading IT consulting client in Sydney. Our client is a dynamic and growing consulting firm with a focus on delivering innovative digital solutions to leading banks, ASX-listed companies, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with expertise in ASP.NET, C#, Web service,.Net 4.0, and experience with developing, testing & implementing custom software solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing, maintaining automated build and deployment using Azure pipelines.

Some of the key responsibilities are to:

- Design, develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core 5.0, C# and F# with Angular/React front ends.

- Work with the development team to understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

- Work with the development team to ensure applications are developed and deployed with high quality and high performance.

- Develop and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure Pipelines.

- Work with the development team to ensure that applications are deployed to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and data loading technologies.





- Participate in code reviews, mentoring and knowledge sharing activities.

- Continuously improve and streamline development processes and practices.

- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

- Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, KendoUI, Web service, .Net 4.0, Web API, Asp.net, C#.Net, .Net Core, Web API, MVC, HTML5.

- Strong understanding of ASP.NET Core 5.0.

- Strong experience in using Azure Pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

- Experience using Azure Repos and Git for source code management.

- Experience using Azure Repos or Git GUI and CLI tools.

- Strong experience in developing applications for the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

- Solid experience in developing SQL Server databases and data loading technologies.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
