About The Opportunity...

We're looking for a commercially savvy Senior Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and business growth. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with operational leaders and senior stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and commercial guidance that directly influences business outcomes. You'll combine solid financial expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills to identify opportunities, challenge thinking, and support the delivery of strategic objectives.

Day to day you’ll be…

- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 3 Finance Business Partners and Commercial Analysts
- Partnering with operational leadership on P&L;, balance sheet, and cashflow forecasting
- Delivering monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and weekly trading updates
- Owning the integrity of financial results and cost control governance across the network
- Driving incentive and bonus framework design, including modelling and stakeholder rollout
- Influencing network efficiency and performance improvement decisions with senior leadership
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

We’d love to hear from you if you have…





- Demonstrated high level of commercial acumen
- Solid proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Previous experience leading and developing finance teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Advanced experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- CA or CPA qualification, or other relevant postgraduate qualification
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Proven business partnering experience across multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- 8+ years' experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar senior finance role
- Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
