About the role:

This is a strong opportunity for a senior commercial litigator who wants quality disputes, direct client exposure and a better day to day lifestyle on the Gold Coast.

You can expect to work across:

- Shareholder disputes, director issues, partnership breakdowns and contract disputes.
- Property, construction and development-related disputes.
- Insolvency, bankruptcy and debt recovery matters.




- Insurance-related disputes and specialist claims work.
- Aviation claims, animal welfare prosecutions, class actions and other higher-profile matters.
- Negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

You will be trusted to run matters, deal directly with clients, shape the strategy and stay close to the commercial outcome.

The ideal candidate:

- 5+ PQE in commercial litigation, ideally from a strong disputes team.
- Confident running matters, managing clients and driving files forward.
- Comfortable across strategy, negotiation and active litigation.
- Commercial, sharp and practical in the way you approach disputes.
- Ready for more autonomy, visibility and influence in your next role.
