Role Description

The Executive Assistant role at Stone Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Central Coast, NSW. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining confidential records. Daily responsibilities include preparing and tracking expense reports, organizing travel and accommodation, and ensuring executive schedules run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves handling incoming communications, screening and prioritising requests, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.



The Executive Assistant will also support office administration, assist with preparing presentations and reports, and contribute to process improvements that enhance executive productivity and team coordination.

Qualifications

- Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritisation.
- Ability to prepare, reconcile, and manage expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Comfort with office software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email and calendar systems).
- Proven organisational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Prior experience in real estate or a skilled services environment is advantageous.
- Certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
