NRMA is seeking a commercially minded Senior Manager – Loyalty & Rewards to lead the My NRMA Rewards program. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty & Partnerships, you will define and execute the loyalty strategy, own the rewards ecosystem, and drive engagement, commercial performance and innovation across the program.

You’ll work with Product, Digital, Data, Technology, Marketing and Commercial teams to develop loyalty mechanics, partner ecosystems and member value propositions while ensuring
