Position Overview

This newly created Fund Analyst role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented and driven professional to join a rapidly growing real estate fund manager. The role is broad and spans across funds management, capital transactions, and investment management. You will be working closely with various teams to provide key financial analysis, support capital transactions,



and contribute to the strategic management of the firm's diverse portfolio.

1. Investment Opportunity Analysis.
2. Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement.
3. Support Strategic Initiatives.
4. Ad-hoc Research & Reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proven experience in real estate fund management or investment management.
2. Strong experience with MRI Investment Management software is essential.
3. Advanced skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and valuation.
4. Familiarity with capital transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and disposals.
