Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a part-time Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner (Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker) to join our Community Mental Health Team for older adults. The post is based at Brookfields Hospital with agile working and CPD opportunities.

You will need NMC or HCPC registration, robust communication and organisational skills, and be prepared to travel around the county with a full UK driving licence.
