This role offers exposure to sophisticated public and private M&A; transactions, private equity investments and strategic corporate matters, acting for major domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries.
Requirements:
- 3+ PQE.
- Strong M&A; experience from a leading Australian, UK or international firm.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
