A globally distributed data and AI consulting firm is looking to hire a brand new role in a Director of Operations & People to own how the business runs day to day and how it scales next.

This is a hands‑on operator role. The mandate is simple: take the CEO’s vision and turn it into execution through strong operating rhythms, clear systems, and disciplined follow‑through.

The Role

This position works closely with the CEO and leadership team and has end‑to‑end ownership of execution across the business.

- Turning strategy into practical, scalable operating systems
- Driving company‑wide execution, cadence, and accountability
- Designing organisational structure, role clarity, and performance frameworks
- Embedding people and culture through how the business operates
- Owning core operations, governance, and multi‑region coordination

This role is about making things happen, not managing large teams and will include regular international travel, working closely with teams across multiple regions.

About You





You are a high‑calibre operator from data, technology, or professional services, likely coming from a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment.

You bring:

- A track record of owning execution in a growing business
- Experience turning ideas into systems, processes, and outcomes
- Confidence working closely with a founder and senior leaders

This role would suit a Senior Operations Lead in a Boutique Consultancy or a Head of Operations in a High‑Growth Tech Scale‑Up of Chief of Staff.
