Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Quality & Performance Partner (Internal Title - Support Partner SA) to lead quality improvements across multiple SA centres. You will apply NQS expertise, coach centre leadership teams, and drive practical plans that improve outcomes for children.
You’ll work with Centre Leadership Teams to elevate quality across all seven NQS Quality Areas, conducting observations, providing feedback, and developing 12-week actions.
