The Role
We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to join our Cleveland store for a fixed-term contract until the end of November 2026.
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will support the management of store operations to ensure smooth stock movement throughout the store. You will also assist in maintaining workplace health and safety standards and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for emerging leaders who are ready to grow their management skills. Our Retail Assistant Managers are passionate about sustainable fashion, business, and delivering a unique shopping experience.
You will learn how to deliver personalised and engaging customer service,
while supporting and motivating your team and building meaningful connections within the local community. With guidance and support, you will play an important role in promoting best practice and contributing fresh ideas to improve the way we work.

This is a Fixed-term, part-time position (24 hours per week) based in Cleveland. Availability to work one Saturday a fortnight is essential for this role.
