About the Role
The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of Beamtree’s coding product suite. This role ensures that coding products such as PICQ, RISQ, the Integrated Coding Platform, and our autonomous coding solution are delivered efficiently, maintained effectively, and continuously improved to meet client and business needs. Reporting to the Head of Coding & Data Quality, the Delivery Manager drives execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence. The role supports technical implementation, builds internal product knowledge, and ensures smooth delivery aligned with agile and ITSM/ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of coding products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate product releases, updates, and documentation with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Oversee product integration into client environments and internal systems to maintain operational continuity.
- Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks and issues.
- Develop and optimise operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor workflows, drive automation opportunities, and support service continuity.
- Manage BAU activities such as classification updates, licensing renewals, and vendor coordination.
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client and internal standards.
- Act as the main liaison between delivery teams, engineering, and clients during implementation phases.
- Facilitate troubleshooting, ensuring appropriate resources are engaged for issue resolution.
- Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and prepare reports to inform decisions and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align implementations with business strategy and expectations.
- Monitor delivery-related costs, contribute to budgeting, and implement cost-saving measures.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in service delivery, operations, or product delivery within digital health, data/analytics, or software.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills in dynamic environments.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, operational best practices, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficient in service management and agile tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) valued.
- Flexible and willing to travel within ANZ as required.
