WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Enaex Australia is seeking a skilled and motivated Drill and Blast Engineer to provide technical mining services that support safe, efficient, and high-quality drill and blast outcomes. Reporting to the EMTS Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring blasting activities meet production requirements while upholding Enaex's Zero Harm commitment.

This role suits an engineer who enjoys a balance of technical analysis, field support, collaboration with operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with operational teams to provide technical guidance, training, investigations, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, and company requirements.

Ideally you will have;





- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or a related discipline (Civil, Chemical, Geomechanical)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing technical drill and blast support in a mining environment
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, including technical reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant blasting software
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
