Sante Recruitment is seeking an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Registrar to join a supportive and dynamic regional health service in one of Victoria's most attractive coastal locations.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work within a well-supported Obstetrics & Gynaecology department providing exposure to a broad range of obstetric, gynaecological and emergency presentations.
You will work alongside experienced Consultants and a multidisciplinary team, with a strong emphasis on education, supervision and registrar development.
The role offers excellent opportunities to develop practical skills and gain valuable experience relevant to the RANZCOG training pathway.

The Department

You will join an established O&G; service providing care to women across the local and surrounding regional communities.
The department offers exposure to a diverse range of clinical presentations, providing Registrars with the opportunity to develop increasing autonomy while working within a supportive Consultant-led environment.




The position is particularly suited to doctors who want to consolidate their Australian O&G; experience and develop the clinical competencies required for future specialist training.

Training & Development

Education and registrar development are key priorities within the department.
You will have opportunities to:

- Work directly with experienced Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
- Develop obstetric assessment and management skills
- Gain practical procedural experience
- Manage emergency O&G; presentations
- Participate in theatre and delivery suite activities
- Develop skills across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal careParticipate in departmental teaching
- Build experience relevant to the RANZCOG training pathway

About You

We are looking for doctors who have:

- General Registration with AHPRA
- Recent Australian clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Previous experience appropriate to Registrar level

- A commitment to high-quality, patient-centred women's healthcare
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Availability to commence in the short term
