The role will include...

- Managing a local well maintained portfolio (with thorough handover)
- Exit condition reports
- Managing maintenance
- Managing rent arrears
- Liaising with Landlords & Tenants




- Preparing and attending VCAT if/when required

The Perks

- Generous salary of $90,000 plus super

- Work from home 1 day per week!

Required

- Minimum 3 years experience managing a portfolio
- Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
- Own reliable transport & valid driver's license
- Current Police Check
