What will you be doing?

Responsibilities and duties in this role will include:

- Partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to shape enterprise-wide people and culture initiatives
- Ensuring OD programs respond to current needs while anticipating future workforce priorities
- Designing and delivering organisational development solutions that strengthen talent management practices, drive cultural transformation, and enhance employee engagement.
- Leading targeted development initiatives for teams and individuals, managing the end-to-end design, delivery, and analysis of employee surveys, and translating findings into practical actions.
- Ensuring all OD strategies and programs align with the organisation’s overarching direction, reinforce core values, and contribute to broader corporate outcomes.

Who are you?

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

- Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating organisational development initiatives, including cultural transformation, employee engagement, modern talent management practices, leadership development, performance frameworks and organisational design
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with senior leaders and teams, supported by expertise in behavioural facilitation, consulting and performance coaching
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including confident negotiation and presentation abilities
- Advanced proficiency with organisational and individual diagnostic tools such as Lifestyles Inventory,



excellent data interpretation skills, and solid project and change management experience
- Experience across the Human Resources function is highly desirable, providing broad insight and deep understanding of organisational and people challenges and opportunities

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
