About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team on an initial 12‑month fixed‑term basis and help shape the future of data at O’Brien® Glass. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain reliable end‑to‑end data pipelines and models that support accurate, timely, and trusted insights across the organisation. Working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll play a key role in improving data quality, automating core processes, and lifting our overall data capability.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Building and maintaining automated data pipelines, transformations, and reporting solutions
- Ensuring data accuracy and reliability through rigorous testing and validation
- Analysing complex business and financial data to support decision‑making
- Troubleshooting data issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Partnering with IT, BI, and business stakeholders,



along with external consultants

What You’ll Bring

- 4–5 years’ experience in Data Engineering or BI
- Strong SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modelling expertise
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail

Nice to Have

- Snowflake certification
- Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Service Management, or Call Centre systems
