Troocoo Brisbane is recruiting a Group Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead operational, governance and business support functions. This role partners with the CEO and Executive team to strengthen capability, manage risk and drive scalable operations across the group.
You will lead strategic transformation, systems and automation projects, plus contractor operations and workforce governance, ensuring compliance and a high-performing team culture across the organisation.
