I’m on the hunt for proper Business Analysts (real BA craft - not a “note taker”) to join numerous projects I have on the boil at the moment. Utilities experience OR Insurance experience will help these teams.

If you like complex problem spaces, strong stakeholders, and work that actually matters to customers and the business - this one’s worth a look.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead end-to-end BA work: requirements gathering, workshops, stakeholder engagement
- Produce quality artefacts: BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows
- Get into the detail on integration requirements, including data analysis and mapping
- Translate complex business needs into clear, buildable requirements for delivery teams

What I’m looking for





- Strong BA experience in complex environments
- Confident communicator who can work with a robust Product Owner and senior stakeholders
- Solid documentation skills — you can write requirements that developers and testers actually thank you for
- Comfortable with data and integration conversations (mapping, flows, dependencies)
