Knox Grammar School is an independent, multi-campus Kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school for boys, located at Wahroonga on Sydney’s North Shore. About the Role

As our focus on employee wellbeing continues to grow, we are excited to introduce a newly created Injury Management Assistant position to commence Term 3, 2026. This is four-month part time role working 2 or 3 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with the administration of workplace injury and workers' compensation claim files.
- Maintaining accurate records and data in injury management systems.
- Tracking medical certificates, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Preparing routine correspondence and documentation for review.
- Supporting the administration of staff non-workplace injury and illness matters.
- Assisting with student injury records, reporting, and insurance documentation.
- Maintaining electronic filing systems and confidential records.
- Responding to routine enquiries and supporting the Injury Management Advisor with day-to-day activities.

What You’ll Bring

- Enjoys organising information and maintaining accurate records.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and in person.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Can handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.




- Works well independently while also being a cooperative team member.
- Brings a positive, approachable and service-focused attitude to work.
