The Roles

Senior Litigation Legal Assistant

This opportunity is with a well-established firm seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior legal professionals. You will enjoy a busy and varied role requiring initiative, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Litigation Legal Assistant

Our second client is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their litigation experience within a supportive and skilled environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Diary and email management
- Preparing, drafting and amending legal correspondence and court documents




- File management from commencement through to settlement
- Preparing briefs and court bundles
- Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and third parties
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Managing monthly billing and timesheets
- Conducting online searches and document management
- General administrative support to the legal team

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within Litigation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and client service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive and professional approach
