Due to growth, they are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join their team. Reporting to the General Counsel you will have access to a wide range of work and clients including:
- Assisting & running debt recovery & enforcement processes
- Preparing for hearings, mediations & negotiations
- Court appearances & mediation assisting
- Advising on compliance & risk management
- Drafting legal documentation
- Property enforcement & insolvency
If you are a litigation lawyer with 3-6 years PQE and are looking for an in-house opportunity, then this role is for you. If you have great communication and drafting skills and are looking to work in a friendly team with an ability to advise executives, then please apply.
