Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Plumber / Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and supervise a small team of plumbers and apprentices
- Carry out general plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
- Manage job sites, materials, and time effectively
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures
