Requirements

- 8 years’ experience years of demonstrated technical experience in a similar role.
- Hold full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa).
- Experience in programming/maintenance of control systems platforms (DCS or PLC) platforms including and not limited to Yokogawa (highly regarded), ABB (highly regarded), Emerson, Foxboro, GE PME, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, and Modicon Quantum




- Experience in programming/development of SCADA systems including Citect, FactoryTalk View, Ignition SCADA (highly regarded), etc.
- Experience in data management platforms (historian systems for data extraction and analysis) for industrial operations including OSI PI System (highly regarded)
- Operational experience with fixed plants is highly regarded.
- Experience working closely with control room operators and site operations.
- Experience with commissioning activities
- Ability to analyse process data to determine ideal solutions.
- Desirable experience working within the mining and resources sector.
- Functional Safety Certificate (highly regarded)
- Experience implementing large-scale control system improvements with minimal supervision.
