The Role:

- Manage preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns across multiple entity types

- Deliver end-to-end tax compliance including BAS, IAS, GST, FBT and related obligations

- Work directly with clients to provide clear communication and ongoing support

- Assist with tax planning and general business advisory work

- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide technical guidance where required

- Support managers and partners on complex matters and client engagements

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to client outcomes

- Maintain accurate and compliant workpapers in line with firm standards

About You:





- 4–6+ years’ experience in Australian public practice (tax/business services)

- CA or CPA qualification (completed or in progress)

- Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and SME advisory

- Confidence managing client relationships and deadlines

- Experience reviewing or mentoring junior staff (advantageous)

- Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar systems

- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
