The Role:

- Work closely with experienced Partners

- gain exposure to premium clients

- be supported to transition into equity and long-term leadership within the firm

- Manage and grow high-value client relationships

- Deliver advanced tax planning and business advisory services

- Work across complex entity structures and multi-entity groups

- Contribute to strategic decision-making alongside Partners

- Use modern tools and systems to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes

- Participate in ongoing technical development and leadership mentoring

- Play an active role in shaping client strategy and firm direction

- Work with clients across a broad range of industries including motor vehicle trades, share trading, primary production, stud horse operations, cattle stations and foreign-owned entities

About You:

- Minimum 6+ years’ Australian public practice experience





- Strong background in tax and business services advisory

- Experience in Big 4, mid-tier or firms with complex/high-net-worth clients

- CA qualified (essential for partnership pathway)

- Strong technical tax capability across complex structures

- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills

- Stable career history with long-term commitment mindset

- Ambition to progress into leadership and partnership
