The Role:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of business services and taxation clients

- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns and compliance work

- Provide tax planning and business advisory services to a broad client base

- Build and maintain strong client relationships across metropolitan, regional and rural sectors

- Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide mentoring and technical guidance

- Assist clients with business structuring, tax matters and commercial decisions

- Liaise directly with Partners on complex client matters

- Manage workflow, deadlines and client expectations across multiple engagements

- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the office

About You:

- CA or CPA qualified

- 4+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice





- Strong technical knowledge across Tax and Business Services

- Previous experience managing client relationships and workflows

- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
