The Role:

- Lead and manage a portfolio of small to medium business clients, providing high-level tax, accounting and advisory services

- Prepare complex financial statements, tax returns and provide strategic business advice

- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to add value

- Mentor and guide junior and intermediate staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

- Work collaboratively with partners, contributing to strategic initiatives and practice growth

- Occasional travel to Roma, Miles, and Taroom offices to support regional clients

About You:

- You have 5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice, preferably across multiple industries

- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion) with robust technical and advisory expertise





- Skilled in client relationship management, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

- Proactive, autonomous and able to drive solutions while supporting the wider team

- Passionate about mentoring and developing others while delivering exceptional client service
