In this role, you will play a vital role in helping clients plan for the future and protect their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on asset protection, tax minimization strategies, and beneficiary designations.
- Guide clients through the probate process.
- Communicate effectively with clients from all backgrounds, ensuring clear understanding of complex legal matters.
- Maintain strong working relationships with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants.

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited law school.




- Previous experience or a keen interest in Wills and Estates law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanour.
- Proficient in legal research and writing briefs.
